It’s very small gym and very expensive compared to what they offered and they want to sign one year contract, so you can not left gym before that, after that they wants to give 3 months notice period.

Had a very frustrating (illegal?) experience here. To be clear, the facilities are great. Always clean, usually not too many people, easy parking, private shower rooms that looked very accessible. This is about false information given during the sign up process. During the meeting when I signed up I asked about the cancelation policy due to illness/injury. If you enjoy surprises, fine print scavenger hunts, and being told everything was “very clear” only after you try to leave, Anytime Fitness Westmount is the place for you. The sign-up experience is warm, friendly, and full of comforting verbal assurances. Cancellation is easy. Flexible. No stress. I have been working out at Anytime fitness in Kitchener since 2022. It has always been an amazing experiance, its an eneviroment focused on giving you the ability to improve yourself and really focus on your workouts. The staff always make things easy and available at the gym. Thank you Mayela for taking care of us when we visit the gym.
