Contacted them at 5pm to repair semi truck and they said they couldn’t give a time but would be out after tech was done with job. Around 10pm contact them to get an ETA. Driver has been up since 3am and was falling asleep. The tech was still on the job since before 5pm. Here it is 6am and no communication. Very unprofessional for no reason. They get your info, promise to send a tech within a reasonable time, then, then disappear. Do not call.
The absolute worse do not call these people the boss Daniel Baldwin was rude and unprofessional I told him my problems I was having and he sent a tech out without the proper equipment needed to test then wanted to change me a $1000 for no help or diagnostic help at all!! And hung up on me and threatened to send me to jail because I would not pay $1000 for absolutely no help I feel ripped off all around dissatisfied and it shows there in Tulsa but there not and charge you travel $150 an hour for travel insane
These guys are knowledgeable and straight forward, easy to deal with
