Very professional, friendly, transparent and customer-focused operation. Spent a bit more than I wanted too but I can’t say it was unreasonable. As often happens, an issue was discovered while doing the work (front end suspension work on a truck). I don’t fault them for increasing from the estimate amount. Overall I am very satisfied, as I got what I went there to get for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I would return if I had similar issues in the future with the same or a different truck.

Take my Jeep Gladiator to the shop after I did the lift kit on it. They inspected and fine tuned. Also they install the steering stabilizer. Great service and excellent customer service.
Loved the process from start to finish! The communication from drop off to pick up was amazing! The inspection process and the detail breakdown of what was found was very detailed & informative! My Jeep drives so much differently now and it’s nice having a peace of mind that everything’s been properly gone through. Will definitely use Macklin Auto again!
