Glad I chose Macklin to do my Lift and Wheels installation. I went with a 6” BDS lift with FOX struts and FOX shocks on a set of 22x12” on 35’s for my 19 Silverado LTZ. They ran into some trouble when one of the struts wouldn’t line up to bolt in. They instantly got on the phone with BDS and got it figured out. They had to wait on the replacement part but once they got it, they squeezed my job in and got my truck back to me. Overall experience was great. Like I said I was glad I had Macklin do the work.
I did alot of research to find someone to trust with the lift on my truck and got quotes from 5 other shops. Ben and Josh make a great team from recommending products and explaining every option. They did what they said and dialed it in right. Ran into a snag with the struts and Ben and the Owner jumped into action and less than 3 hrs later it was resolved. No one will touch my trucks in the future but Macklin.
I brought my 4Runner in with a bumper I purchased online, to be installed. Of course it came in damaged and Ben at Macklin reached out before they got started to let me know the problem. They were incredibly fair and helped avoid disappointment of having a finished product I wouldn’t be happy with. I’ll definitely recommend Macklin to friends and family!
After going to two Jeep dealerships and getting the run around on my jeep. Macklin saved the day for me! They took a really unfortunate situation (new engine) and made it a smooth process for me. They were extremely communicative, professional and a great price. As a woman, they treated me respectfully and didn’t make me feel dumb, like the other two places. I appreciate Ben and the team and had a great experience. I will only will be taking my jeep here moving forward.
