I originally had a lift kit ,steering link, and drag link installed at 4Wheel Parts/Total Offroad . I picked up my jeep from them and had the death wobble and took it back and they said nothing was wrong. On the way home it happened five more times so I sent them a video and they said they would work me up a quote . Getting ready to hand my higher mileage Jeep over to my daughter. I asked the team to look it over for me. Communication was outstanding and they took great care of us. Even went above and beyond to help with a follow up issue that I guarantee no other shops in the area would do. I had been following them for a while on Facebook and I’m so glad we went to them to take care of us. It’s amazing how great communication, honesty and taking care of your customer creates loyalty. It’s not something you find much these days.
Took my wife’s car to be inspected here due to a noise. Got a full inspection where they found the under carriage cover was loose. Fixed it in less than a day. Didn’t charge us a cent. What a wonderful group of people. Will definitely have my business again.
