Very rude and dismissive customer service. I called looking for a ballpark labor estimate for drywall and ceiling installation. I explained that we recently had a newborn and were trying to limit people coming into our home for estimates. Instead of being helpful, the woman who answered simply told me to “Google it.” I understand an exact estimate may require an in-person visit, but there was no reason to be so rude to a potential customer. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this company.
Anything Drywall did an amazing job repairing my basement after last year‘s flood. They not only repaired and mudded the walls beautifully, they were also able to match my 50 year-old stamped ceiling, something I wasn’t sure anyone could do. GO ELSEWHERE!!!He’s been doing it for a long time he claims but that doesn’t mean he does it right. Had to have another company come in and fix his errors. Talks a big game but I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Ceiling needed repaired and repainted and left big air voids in the mud all over. Zero integrity.
I contacted this company to do a small drywall repair job. The initial communication was good and they came out within a couple of days to do the estimate. Once I received the estimate and proposal, I signed it and sent it back that day. Five days later they responded and let me know that they scheduled me for Nov 5th and they would contact me on the 3rd with a time frame. I never heard from them on the 3rd.
