Customer service was great as well as production time. I ordered a lunch tote that I am not able to provide a review on their website because my order has been "archived". It's the 210D Polyester Budget Lunch Bag. It's very cheap looking with curling material at the fold over (maybe velcro needed to be longer) and the handle is in an awkward position so you can't really hold like a lunch tote. They have a large selection of products, their system is easy to use, and their customer service is exceptional. I was notified at each step of the order and delivery process, and a representative reached out to me directly via email to ensure that everything went smoothly. Eva Andrade was very helpful and my experience overall was fantastic. Highly recommend this company for promotional items.
Wouldn’t recommend. There are SO many other companies to order from. I ordered embroidered hats and the package got lost. They had these made again and were going to overnight them and GUARANTEED they’d be in my hands by today. I spent hundreds rebooking a flight to leave 7 days later than I needed in order to bring these hats with me. Guess what? They allegedly “got lost” at the facility before even shipping. Amazing customer service!! Quick replies to emails and truly made sure our design was exactly what we wanted. We'll be ordering more from them in the future!
Horrible experience. Simple order to multiple addresses wrong, delivery took longer than expected and their "promos" on the items you get if you order a certain amount they dont want to honor...go to 4imprint instead dont waste time and money here
