Everything went well. There was a slight hiccup and the product was delayed a good two weeks, but AnyPromo did deliver them right on time, albeit at the last minute. The problem stemmed from simply making the logo bigger for the laser to etch onto the bamboo charging device. AnyPromo contacted me to ask what I wanted to be done, but I feel something as simple of that should be solved by the production staff.
