These guys are friendly and helpful. They make you feel like they have everything under control. They sold me $23k worth of products and installation for my Jeep. They said it will take a week. 2 weeks later my Jeep is still on the rack and done. When I got it back it was almost undrivable. My steering was unusable and I almost wiped out on the freeway. The absolute worst experience. I entered with reasonable knowledge on the lift spring setup I needed. I sat my spring on the counter, a young associate IGNORED, DID NOT GREET, or inquire about my presence. After minutes had gone by he finally passively stated, "What's up". The advice was wrong, recommended wrong parts had zero knowledge on Common Lift Parts. Very poor representation of Off Road as a company.
