They are too busy and don't need anymore customers. I tried calling about a tankless hot water in a house being built, the lady over the phone was nice and all but couldn't completely answer my questions. So I asked if someone that could answer them for me could give me a call and possibly get an estimate. I was told that their boards are full of people waiting for calls back and they didn't have time to make the call backs because they were so busy.
RecommendedI called them out for a low water pressure problem on an outside faucet. They narrowed down the problem area and fixed the issue. They responded quickly and did a great job. There’s no one else I would use.

I had Anyhour come out to repair my electric water heater that was no longer working. The guy determined that the thermostat need to be replaced. He also suggested that the lower element be replaced also. I agreed. Total cost: $475. Six weeks later, the new lower element on my water heater fails. This time I make the repairs myself. Total cost: $30. I called Anyhour to ask about the huge different in cost and short life of the new element. Guys came out on a slab leak at my house and were able to get me fixed up in a few hours. The work they put in was not easy and I feel like other companies wouldn’t have gone the lengths that they did to fix it the way we discussed. They were clean and professional. 6 stars.
