I have been a loyal and hardcore Anye customer and fan since 2017. When my now husband and I discussed our future I always told him I wanted an Anye ring. At the time they were one of the companies I consistently saw beautiful rose gold rings from (now they’re a little more common but not back then). This is my first time ordering with this shop and I’m blown away. Shipping was faster than estimated, the sparkle on this ring is out of this world, it’s amazingly comfy on my finger, and the price was incredibly reasonable compared to what else I was seeing out there. Even my husband exclaimed at how pretty it is and he is not a jewelry guy. Will definitely be a return customer and hope they expand their inventory!
When I decided to propose to my now wife, I had no idea where to start. Anye designs was a local and well recommended business. We had a custom ring created and incorporated with diamonds from my great grandmothers ring! The process was so great, we went back and got our wedding bands made as well!
I am very impressed with this company’s customer service! I purchased a necklace for my daughter’s birthday (she lives in NY and I live in NC)- its chain was too short. No other chain was published as being available because of the way the chain attaches to each side of the pendant on the necklace. We were also outside the return policy window. The ring beautiful The service- NOT so much I purchased my ring without any referral simply based on chance. The ring was purchased just a few weeks ago, and now is $65 less expensive. I kindly asked for a price adjustment as it has only been a few weeks, but Michelle simply said no with no consideration. While, no one has to do the adjustment, when purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry from an unknown jeweler, it would have been common decency to do the adjustment being only a few weeks ago.
