I am very appreciative of the service I received here. My repair did take longer than first estimated, and there was a slight change of plans in the middle to make the repair work. But I was regularly updated by Mr Woo (by email or by phone), and he also did his best to provide me the most cost friendly option. My car looks as good as new, and he even provided a complimentary car wash, and even the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off. 최악입니다. 조수석 휀더쪽 박는 사고나서 수리맡겼는데 차가 계속 덜덜덜 거리고 운행시 소음이 엄청나고. 물어보니 운행하다보면 없어질거라는데 8000키로 탔는데도 그대로내요. 사장님 바뀌더니 이상합니다.
주차 실수로 기둥에 사이드 미러를 부딪혀 수리를 맡겼습니다. 상담부터 수리까지 친절하게 안내해 주셨고, 합리적인 가격으로 깔끔하게 잘 고쳐주셨습니다. 만족스러운 경험이었어요. 감사합니다. I had to get my side mirror repaired after accidentally hitting a pillar while parking. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly, and the repair was done at a reasonable price. Great service and I’m very satisfied. Thank you!
