Worst home care agency I've ever encountered. There is no consequences for staff calling out last minute, they do not have coverage or do not make an honest attempt to find coverage. The caregivers are allowed to disrespect the clients and the families and the agency will turn everything around onto your disabled family member again no consequences. It’s not a hard job. You just have to understand that you will have to deal with slow people. That includes your coworkers the owners and the people you manage. So if you have higher intellect, this will not work. People are slow and I mean mentally.

This is almost a joke. The owners are a joke, unprofessional. Take sides without looking deep into issues and resolving them. they listen to one person, the mole of the office a child stuck in an adult body. Micromanage and attack whoever they heard about and the more they ask the questions to micromanage, the more you wonder if they’re educated themselves.
