Covered storage, laid back but responsive management, good price.
I've had my rv here for 6 months, and the access has been convenient. The price has been affordable, and I have had peace of mind with the covered storage and assurance the battery is maintained with the electrical connection.
I rented here for 6 years or so. When I first moved in it was smaller but the couple who owns it was very nice. They don't have dumping and it's a bit far away but the pricing was great for covered pull through spaces. They didn't have any website that could accept payment via card so you had to pay by hand via check which I did and did so a year at a time.
