I recently visited Any Occasion Balloons and had such a delightful experience that I wanted to share it. I’d been calling around to compare prices, and they genuinely had the best rates I found. When I spoke with Laura on the phone, she was fantastic—super friendly and gave me multiple options that fit my budget perfectly. Do not recommend! I placed an order days ago for my son’s first birthday. Not only did they no show on me but when I called to check on my delivery I was met by the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of apologizing for the mistake I was yelled at by a woman in their shop and told I was wrong and never ordered (while I had my order confirmation right in front of me). This place is great and the staff even better!! They gave me exactly what I asked for in a time crunch, the balloons are HUGE and festive! I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks guys!!!
I know I’m super late but last year I arranged balloons from this incredible place. And I was very pleased to receive my balloons. They were beautiful. They were so kind to give them to complimentary for my bday since my hotel partners with them sometimes. I loved them soo much. I will be calling back again soon
