RecommendedThe staff is very professional, and answers any questions. The facility is exceptionally clean.
Trust me DO NOT GO HERE! other locations may be fine but this one was a nightmare. Staff (one in particular) are outright rude and give mis information which changes on a whim. Had to actually do a corporate complaint (I am not a complainer but it was so ridiculous). Find another lab that is reputable!
From the first call I made to inquire about their services, until I walked in the door, this lab was a joy!!! (considering to have your blood drawn) Kay, the wonderful phlebotomist, was fast, professional and THANK GOD, finally someone that can draw blood without pain!! You’d think that wouldn’t be so hard. Oh no! Kay was so sweet, gentle and kind and I cannot recommend them enough!! I’ll gladly go back whenever my dr. requires me to!
The Huntersville location provides great service and timely test results. Their staff is always friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I highly recommend them for all your lab testing needs!

If you want to be met with a nasty representative of this company this is the place. Bright and early in the morning this woman, at Wesley Chapel, was nasty and rude. That’s not how you do customer service.

I love this lab. very professional and curtious. Kira is one of the nicest, curtious, medical professional, I have ever met. she loves her job and it shows. If you need any kind of work done, I recommend this place. it's a joy to come here. making something so unpleasant not so bad!
Amazing tech, seen immediately when appointment was scheduled. I had the COVID antibody test, result delivered next business day via my choice of communication. Blood test was super easy and absolutely painless, rate was fair, turnaround as promised and result entirely perfect. The end-to-end process was exceptionally friendly in a spotless medical environment. It is very "worth it" to use this option if you absolutely have to get a test done with rapid, reliable results. A+
Had the sneak peek gender testing done here. They got me in the same day. The test itself was quick and I knew the next day that I was having a baby boy. Ultrasound confirmed today that it is definitely a boy. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to know the gender of their baby as soon as 8 weeks. Thank you!!
