Watch out!!! Extremely high labor rates = over $450 per hour!!! I was charged $1,002 to have a pressure reducing valve and expansion tank replaced!! The parts were less than $300, so the labor was approximate $700!! It took no more than 1 1/2 hours. Do their labor rate was over $450 per hour!! Any hour = very, very expensive!!

Patrick did a great job - showed up on time and had the electrical issue fixed without hassle. He was professional and friendly. I appreciated being able to get my problem solved even though most businesses were closed on July 3 to celebrate the July 4 holiday.
