Great resource!
Terrible experience for the first time, I don't recommend
I've attended 6 online support group sessions and was blown away by how the very knowledgeable leaders not only were empathetic but knew how to help define some things I was trying to say. Having others in the group identify with what I felt made be feel not alone or crazy for thinking/feeling the way I do. The monthly topic was very interesting to attend as well and opened the door to ideas and possibilities.
This is such an amazing place to feel safe and attend groups where you share as your want about anxiety and everyone understands and supports you. I will keep attending and look forward to it. They have really been a Godsend!
