Deborah helped me with a variety of issues. She helped me increase my mental health, and even gave me tools to continue using when we are no longer meeting.
My sessions with Deborah really helped me get past some anxiety blocks related to my future profession well as current work stress. I felt very understood and acknowledged and besides releasing pent up emotions and gaining new intuitive insights about my situation, she provided healing tools for grounding in the moment when triggers may come up in the future.
