Dr. Mumtaz, please fix your staff. I've now called your office 20 times since November. I can show you proof. I'm waiting for a cash price for balloon sinuplasty. I've been left in the dark and your answering machine requests no voicemails be left. You have no email address online. Do I need to drive there?
Possibly one of the worst doctors visits I have ever had. I came in to be seen for multiple things including a sphenoid cyst that was detected on an MRI. The doctor briefly looked in my nose, throat, never even looked in my ears which I had indicated were hurting and possibly causing vertigo. He then pulled me in his office and kept blaming all my symptoms on my cats (I have been tested for allergies twice and am not allergic to cats) then after proceeded to tell me I have a mass that isn’t a sphenoid cyst. I’m a new patient to Dr. Mumtaz, and highly recommend him. He is very educated and caring about your personal concerns and needs. The office staff is friendly and efficient, which is very hard to find these days. Would give them 6 stars if I could
