I have been purchasing equipment for my business for years. This place probably has the worse follow-up and communication I have ever seen. I called twice, no answer, sent a text to the individual on the message. I received one message back that he was off and would call back the next day. No call back, no text, nothing. I was really excited for my custom 24x8.5x7.5 car trailer to convert to a camper. however, the customer service and product quality have both been poor. My problems have been as follows. 1. Diamond Cargo Outlet (diamondcargo.com) has lead time of "Production is typically 10-14 working days for basic trailers and a few days longer for those with heavy options." mine showed up at around 60 days post payment. 2. You can look at the trailers, inside and out, without having to call Anvil trailer. If you want to talk business there's an Anvil representative five minutes away.
