Prime location at an affordable price, rooms have everything you need, staff was super friendly!
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Honestly, despite having “Hotel” in the name, this place barely felt like one. We booked two nights, but when we came back on the second day, our room key no longer worked. We were then told we had to “check in again.” For a two-night reservation—seriously? There was zero room service, the room was extremely small, and the bathroom was so cramped I could barely move. Water constantly dripped from the shower, leaving the bathroom humid. Worst place we've ever stayed. Rooms were dirty. Management could care less about our requests to have our room cleaned. Loud noisy location. Sink didn't drain. Bugs in sink. One power outlet in tiny bathroom and we had to keep resetting it. Don't waste your money!!
Pros -You really can’t beat the location. It’s within walking distance of many of Jackson Hole’s main restaurants and shopping areas, about a 20–25 minute drive to the entrance of Grand Teton National Park, and roughly 20 minutes from the ski village. -The rooms are nicely updated, and complimentary breakfast is a nice perk. Breakfast included pre-made breakfast sandwiches/burritos, yogurt, and a granola bar, which was convenient for grabbing something quick before heading out for the day.
