I booked a room online, when I arrived, the hotel informed me they did not have a room available. They said the system should not have let you make a reservation and sorry maybe I could find reservations elsewhere. They did not offer to assist in finding alternative conversations for the hotels own mistake. It was surreal walking about of a hotel with $600 rooms to be told I needed to correct their own mistake.
Wonderful, walkable location! The free coffee is from Snake River Roasters and is so good we found the coffee shop and bought a bag to take home. Grab and Go breakfast is perfect for early mornings in the park.
This was an extremely overpriced option for a stay. It is busy season but was very expensive for the water pressure to be so bad that a garden hose would have been better. The rooms were extremely small as well as the bathroom. Would recommend you look somewhere else.
Erik, Brian and the crew knocked it out of the park. Great facility, amazing personal service and the location is hard to beat in amazing Jackson Hole!!
Great staff and charming stay. Perfect location for exploring Jackson Hole.
