I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Mann. She goes above and beyond with my care. I have been seeing her for "Restless Leg Syndrome" and she has conquered the pain. Dr. Mann has also requested blood work. In her words she wanted to "check my numbers".. I have full intentions of continuing as her patient, I trust her.
Dr Mann made me feel very comfortable and I was able to share details about my medical history that would have made me uncomfortable with another Dr. She was very understanding and compassionate. She could sense that It is a stressful time in my life and she took the time to be sure that I was ok emotionally asking if I had a support system at home or church. I really appreciated her kindness as well as her professionalism. I believe that my health is in very good hands with Dr Mann.
A very caring Doctor who listens to your concerns. Spends enough time with you to fully understand your problem and not in such a big hurry like some men doctors I have had in the past.
Very personable and addresses questions. Does not respond to requests for renewing prescriptions when they expire. Been playing phone tag with her nurse for over 3 months regarding this issue.
