This office LITERALLY sucks! Very adamant, rude and useless staff. UNPROFESSIONAL and LOUSY staff! So is the provider! Never seen such irresponsible doctor who doesn't care a dime for her patients time nor their well-being. Unfortunately, most of her patients are elderly and she puts them through unnecessary tests and lacks professionalism & empathy. Dismisses patient's concerns blindly. I had to wait one hour past my appointment for the doctor to see me. I have seen Dr Chahal three times and she has been very compassionate and thorough except for my last visit. After I waited one hour to see her, she seemed in a hurry and didn't take the time like she did during my previous visits.
Very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient centric.
She is a fine Doctor but the office and staff are terrible. I have complained several times but nothing changes. Telephone call are not returned, nor faxes. When the pharmacy asks for a refill there is no assurance that it will happen, and usually I had to email the doctor herself, then of course I get a quick reply. Today was. The last straw. The lab order had expired and naturally the lab call to them was unanswered. I'm getting a new doctor today.
If a rheumatologist was the embodiement of 2020, its Anupam Chahal. I was referred to this office in early Septeber. I was finally able to get a new patient appointment in mid-November. The office is almost an hour from my home, so I had made arrangements to take care of a few other appointments in the area.
