He seemed to have gone awol after my brother died suddenly in April of 2017. We suspected he had a bad reaction to medication he shouldn't have been on anyway. He went in complaining of the side effects and was just given more. This Dr is a piece of trash that knew he would be nabbed for my brother's death so he ran. Quickly. Too Quickly for us to do anything about it, unfortunately unfortunately.
He is literally one of the worst doctors in Syracuse. Very rude, unprofessional in demeanor and barely makes eye contact. Even his staff say He's useless
I could not believe I came in for a follow-up appointment and his staff told me he said that if I do not have cash, I cannot be seen!!! Are you kidding me? Stated Excellus wasn't paying my bills. False!!! They didn't know how to use the billing system! Excellus has since removed him from their network. I had a number of issues and when I tried to address them all at one appointment, just to tell him what was going on with me, he didn't want to hear it. "Oh.... just one thing at a time". WOW.
Seems to have gone AWOL. They called me and cancelled my appointment and haven't heard from him in a week. Phone now goes straight to voicemail.
He seems to be in it for the insurance money that he can bill. He kept having me come back several times and in the end he had me go to a different doctor. I never saw another patient in his office. He has very poor people skills. If you have a choice I would suggest avoiding him.
Does not address your health issues, tells you to schedule another appointment to address it (to get more money from your insurance). Rude, had one gynecological exam and was sore for two months after. Never again. Does not prescribe enough to even get you to next appointment. Cannot seem to keep staff which has always been pleasant . I've never once seen any their patients in office while there.
He's not a Doctor I would see for a major problem .He is only good for referrals to see a specialist .He does not take time out to listen to his patients .If you need refills for your medicine (Like your blood pressure medicine or even your allergy medicine )you have to to make an appointment to see him first .
I went to Dr anumba for 2 years. My main concern was my chronic blood pressure. He scheduled me an appointment for every 2 weeks for 2 years and would only give me a prescription for my blood pressure for the 2 weeks. My blood pressure was never regulated and he refused to help with my other health issues. He was rude and made me cry more then once. Worse experience with a physician ever!
He's condisending, ignorant and a their he will over charge your insurance company!!
