I walked into this salon hoping to get a haircut I was unhappy with fixed. Kristy was busy with a client, but she asked Sham to help me and my fine, straight, fly-away hair. Sham didn't just look at me; she ran her fingers through my hair and told me exactly why the haircut was wrong for me and how she would fix it. I am very pleased with the result.
