Day 1: I had to bring my car in on 3 separate occasions in order to complete a job. The first time, there was a part that needed to be placed on my vehicle. The part was apparently not painted. Instead of communicating that to me right away, they wait until I came at the end of the day on the shuttle to tell me I had to book an appointment with the body shop, get the part painted, and then come back.
