A lot of people are apprehensive when going to a dealer service department however I have found Anwer in service to be trustworthy and reliable with a special shout out to my service advisor. Wendy Pittman, who has always been honest and fair with me.
Dropped off my vehicle a day prior my appointment and they didn’t service my vehicle until after lunch time. My vehicle was scheduled for 8am. Overall Emelie helped out tremendously

Came in to get a new battery, staff was rude, specifically two women running the service department. Waited an hour for them to tell me they wanted $900+ to replace a battery.

This was a wonderful experience coming from someone purchasing their first vehicle. Sam's customer service was AMAZING. He was very personal and was very knowledgable about the car. It was truly a great experience and it made me feel comfortable instead of overwhelmed from buying my first car.
