Waste of money, not the arrangement I ordered. Did not get the balloon I paid for and the card looked like it was written by a 6 year old. Very sloppy, and lacking basic grammar and punctuation.

Received an FTD Mother's day arrangement from this florist that was dead in less than 24 hours. Had to make 6 phone calls to get it redelivered. Florist did not call me back as she indicated she would. I had to call to find out if they would be redelivering. When the redelivery arrived it was half the size of the purchased arrangement and looked like it had just been thrown together. This arrangement also died quickly.
