They started out good. They went bad fast. The drivers are excellent. The company managment is horrible and tried to talk down to me. All I can say is I will never use them again

I RODE IN VEHICLE 200 LAST NIGHT AND LEFT MY PHONE IN THE VAN. WHEN I CALLED THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY 30 SECONDS TO "LOOK" CAME BACK AND SAID NO then had attitude over my concern and being upset being I'm a single mom with little kids and it's our lifeline. They even hung up on me!!! I know 100% my phone's in the vehicle and all they had to say was "you know we aren't responsible for lost or stolen items" like WOOOW
I have always depended on them when I need a taxi and they have always treated me nicely.
The drivers and staff is absolutely rude. I would never use nor recommend this company

I did speak to the driver. It sounds like you were both at fault. He should have been patient and waited for you to get done dropping off your father. However if you would have parked in a actual parking spot and not been blocking traffic he wouldn't have told you that you were in the way. You blocking traffic could have created a serious problem if emergency personal needed to get in that facility. Parking spots are made for a reason and everyone should use them.
