I went to one of the 24hr locations with items that I wanted to drop off. It couldn't have been easier to use the system! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Then, within a couple of days, I got the text that my order was ready. Again, simple to follow pick-up instruction and payment. Kinda fun, actually. I expected that the actual cleaning process would be first rate as it has always been, and it certainly was!
Ready in less than 24hrs. Easy drop and pick up with kiosks.
Automated/self service....A little pricey, but worth it. There's an attendant available for help and questions.
Closed on Sunday but was able to drop off my suit jacket for an unexpected funeral, then paid and picked up after hours. Very convenient and unexpected!
