Prompt good service and results. Friendly and efficient
Beware of Antons in Arlington. They have gone automated. I dropped off two blouses, but only one was returned. They charged me for two, but because it's now automated, there'e no one there to help. I reported it to the attendant outside, who was locked out. He called me saying he couldn't find my blouse, but I have heard nothing further. There's a button to call someone, but the attendant told me no one will answer.
Drop off and pickup were so easy! An attendant was there to help me when I arrived because I was new to the automated system. I love that you can access the pickup option at all hours!
The new automated self-service is awesome!
I was skeptical of the new automated system,. But my large order was processed efficiently. The 24 hour availability is a definite plus.
