Always do an exceptional job! Love the new drop off/pick up but I miss my friends who always knew my name!!
Kim was super helpful! She was able to answer my questions about the new automated system (which is fantastic, by the way). She even provided great guidance on how to pack suits, shirts, dresses, etc. to move them safely and efficiently.
I like the new automated drop and pickup. I was a little annoyed at what I thought was a massive price hike then I realized they had charged me for two suits when I only dropped off 1 suit. MY MISTAKE- I had dropped one off but had forgotten to pickup another one I had left 9 months earlier. I thought I had lost that suit in my travels but they held on to it. WOW!! The text messages acknowledging my drop off and another saying it was ready for pick up will help me not forget in the future. Way to go Antons.
