They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Dr. Antonio Paras is a good doctor. His staff, in particular - Debbie, which is a secretary or adminstrative assistant is VERY rude and incosiderate. I called a few weeks ago asking questions and seeing if I had to come in for a visit before my perscription was renewed and I was told I did not have to. In the meantime, I called in asking they send my perscription to my pharmacy and was told I now needed to come in. My perscription ends Monday, their hours of availablity are TERRIBLE, and now I'm going to be left out to dry w... read more
They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
