I saw Dr. Ong about 2 months ago at Kaiser for a second opinion. I explained to him that my current psychiatrist was awful and kept on prescribing me medication’s that literally did absolutely NOTHING for my major depression. Within about maybe 10 minutes, he already had a medication that he highly recommended for me. I’ve been on this medication for about 1 month now and I’m already seeing results. Very attentive. Got along great with our family.
Does not provide diagnosis, and does not manage treatment or medications. Sees patient (child) once every 3 months and spends less than a quarter of an hour with them. Office visit is only to authorize prescriptions and refills. Doctor is with Kaiser Permanente. This is how Kaiser does business, very poorly.
