I’d like to write a review on Antonio McNeal, Realtor for Palisade Realty. He and his client placed an offer on my home and appeared to be extremely interested — the offer was “As is” sale, 25 days escrow, 7 days inspection/investigation contingency and 14 days loan and appraisal contingencies. Antonio not only sent the offer via email but attached a video stating how extremely interested they were in purchasing my home.
