The dr is WONDERFUL, the nurses are WONDERFUL! The front desk staff IS HORRIBLE AND RUDE unless it’s the sweet Spanish speaking lady <3 . The other two are extremely rude even tho they’re working in a CHILDRENS CLINIC. They have horrible customer service and do not display or try to display any type of empathy or compassion.
Guys an idiot. Will tell you you’re starving your newborn if you’re trying to breast feed to promote formula.
Doctors and staff are always so nice, and I really appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment even for routine exams! It’s nice having a doctor that can actually see you when there’s a problem and not be stuck waiting for weeks to get in!
Do not take your child here! They seem to always be behind and I don’t like how the Dr come in and out so quick! Says there’s nothing wrong and no need for medication but still want to do a follow up in 2 weeks sorry no! Also the office staff seems to be not doing there job fully because they supposively didn’t know I had a deductible and that’s why I was never charged for past visits! Is that not your job to find out if I have a deductible because I guarantee you won’t be getting the rest of the money you asked me for that ... read more
