This doctor's office was very unorganized I just want to say that before you come expect to wait almost 2 hours for your appointment. My appointment was for 9 am and I didn’t get seen until 11 am. It was just simply blood work and I had not eaten for so long. Instead of bunching up everyone’s appointments at the same time have it more spread out. Very unprofessional. If they can’t do that right imagine what else they can’t do right.
This is by far the worst doctor’s office I have been to. They didn’t answer the phones for 2 weeks and when they finally did, gave me attitude. The office is very unorganized and unprofessional. You have an appointment at 9am and they don’t see you until 2 hours later. The only attentive one there is the doctor’s assistant, the rest are lazy and just sitting ALL day.
I have been a patient of Dr. Peña for the last 15 years and he is a very knowledgeable physician, his staff is the best and they are all very helpful
