GREAT STAFF GREAT STORE GREAT PLACE TO BUY A NEW OR USED ACURA VERY HELPFUL
Very good maintenance department!! On April 27,2017 I stopped in for a oil change and when I left my car was shining and clean !! :)
Bought a used car from them this afternoon. On the way home the car wouldn't shift into 2nd gear. Called them and they didn't care. Just tried to sell me a warranty. Ron and Elvis where great but everyone else was pushy and harassed me. No one should ever buy a car from them.
We bought our 3rd vehicle from them this year, the 1st one was back in 1993. Dan Wolfe in sales and the Sales Manager were both excellent to work with. While we don't use them for most services, we've always had a positive experience when we have. I'm sure we'll be buying our next car from them in another 10-15 years, can't go wrong with Acura.
Went to buy a new MDX from them and the sales guy was great. However, when it came to talk about the trade-in value of our vehicles they were only prepared to offer less than 40% of the book value even for an "fair" condition vehicle. They wanted to deduct the cost to put new tires on the vehicle and recondition it even though this is built into the trade-in value as part of the condition selected for trade. I would never buy a vehicle from someone like the sales manager we dealt with!
