Very kind and patient with all 3 of my kiddos running around the office. Very thorough and detailed oriented. I was dreading changing Drs however I was very pleased.
I scheduled an appointment on 12/16. I had to take time off from work and ask permission to leave work. I scheduled my appointment a month prior. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been cancelled. They never noticed me they took the liberty of cancelling. The office lady and the nurse were both disrespectful. While mistakes happen and I understand they happen, the staff did not try to find a solution. My time off was wasted. Patients should be notified of cancellation per courtesy!
