She is one in a million!
Dr. Acosta-Dickson is a consummate health care professional. She is 100% present and focused on you at every visit, and never rushing off to see the next patient while you still have unanswered questions. She deserves a better practice to back her up. One that returns phone calls. It used to be top notch, but has gone downhill in the past year.
She listens to her patients. Very good manner. She actually got my elderly Mother to exercise. Through this time of virus, all precautions were taken and the front desk staff was very attentive when I asked about portal issues. So thankful for them all!
The office doesn't call back and sends an email when they cancel my appointment.
I have been going to Dr. Acosta-Dickson for 5 yrs. and appreciate her medical expertise, gift for truly listening, and compassion. I always feel I'm receiving excellent care. I would highly recommend her.
