Had an appointment to view the units. When I got there the leasing office was closed and there was a sign up that said they would not be back until later. Emailed and called with no response. Unprofessional.
WOW. Very poor experience. I showed up genuinely interested in renting, but the staff refused to give a tour or share any useful information about the apartments. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to see a lack of basic customer service when trying to make an important decision like housing. I would not recommend based on this experience. I guess they go on appearance, instead of a real good numbers.
