I booked an in person tour, apartment complex confirmed all seemed well. When I showed up I was told there were no tours available?? Then why did you confirm my tour appointment?? You made me waste my time and my gas heading over. If this is how you treat potential renters I can’t imagine what a nightmare it is to live here. Future tenants beware.
Had an appointment to view the units. When I got there the leasing office was closed and there was a sign up that said they would not be back until later. Emailed and called with no response. Unprofessional.

WOW. Very poor experience. I showed up genuinely interested in renting, but the staff refused to give a tour or share any useful information about the apartments. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to see a lack of basic customer service when trying to make an important decision like housing. I would not recommend based on this experience. I guess they go on appearance, instead of a real good numbers.
