La Moraga Apartments has been by far the worst living experience I’ve ever had. The management here is unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and careless. They treat residents with zero respect and act like they’re doing you a favor just by answering the phone. Any time you bring up a concern, they get defensive or dismissive instead of actually helping. It’s clear that they don’t care about the people who live here — only about collecting rent.
