I had been a customer of Precision Eye Care for nearly 25 yrs. I have always seen Dr John Fitz and he was always friendly and professional toward me. However, when I came in for an emergency visit, I had to see Dr Beffa. I was the 2nd person in the front door, and asked the receptionist ir I could get in on an emergency and she entered the info onto her computer. Then a tech called me back to take photos of my eyes.
