Antoinette was simply amazing to work with in selling my condo! She gave me valuable feedback and direction on updating my condo, advising me away from some of the larger items I was considering. Her direction was on what was going to appeal to most buyers, and she was spot on. While I was expecting to be on market for 60 days, we had an offer in week two! The whole process was quick. She was very communicative throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone that asks!

Antoinette is amazing. We were living out of state when we purchased our home and she made the process seamless, going above and beyond to help us win the house and then get it ready to move in. She scheduled and met inspectors and contractors, compiled notes, installed a smoke detector and cleaned a vent at the inspector’s suggestion, measured exact dimensions for us, and more. Antoinette is warm, fun, and genuinely cares; she made what could be a stressful process enjoyable!
