The owner did me the biggest favour! My wedding dress got butchered by another seamstress 19 days before my wedding and i rang the doorbell and explained what happened and she let me in and found my wedding dress! She had me come in every 3-4 days to do alterations ensuring it would be ready on time and it was and it's everything i have dreamed of! She was so kind and caring the whole experience. Made an appointment online, stood outside for half an hour with no response. Lights on and phone was ringing but no answer. Would recommend going elsewhere.
BUYER BEWARE: I have never received such terrible customer service. I had six bridesmaids, all purchased their dresses from this store and every single one of them had a problem. I wrote a very long detailed review but apparently it was too many characters so here's the short version. We were told the girls would receive 10% off. They did not, and we had to fight with them for a half hour to get it. They would not ALLOW my bridesmaid to order her dress because they were "too busy". They forced her to do it later. I booked an appointment here, drove an hour and a half with my best friend and mother to pick out my wedding dress and no one was there. I called 3 times, left a message and received zero response. I responded to the email confirmation for the appointment and again zero response....I should have read the reviews, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
