BUYER BEWARE: I have never received such terrible customer service. I had six bridesmaids, all purchased their dresses from this store and every single one of them had a problem. I wrote a very long detailed review but apparently it was too many characters so here's the short version. We were told the girls would receive 10% off. I booked an appointment here, drove an hour and a half with my best friend and mother to pick out my wedding dress and no one was there. I called 3 times, left a message and received zero response. I responded to the email confirmation for the appointment and again zero response....I should have read the reviews, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

I booked an appointment and no one answered the door. So we left, and booked elsewhere. And recently, i’ve been talking to an old co-worker who has her wedding this month and Antoinette’s stole her money and never gave her the wedding dress she ordered, just ghosting her..A brides worst nightmare. Apparently, there are more women out there who have had this happen to them. Absolutely terrible. Please avoid!!!

Wedding dress of my dreams!!! Silvana at Antoinette’s was lovely to work with - very friendly and professional. She helped me find a beautiful dress within my budget and on a short timeline. Really enjoyed the bridal experience, I felt like royalty. Thank you for helping me find my perfect dress and making our wedding so special!
