I really appreciate the care that I receive from Dr. Pragalos. She is extremely thorough and conscientious. When I have a problem or concern, she addresses it right then and there.
I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Pragalos and her staff are. They are very patient. They treat me like I'm an adult and we are a team working together to maintain my good health.
Dr. Pragolos dropped as a patient after over 10 years. I was hospitalized and when I attempted to schedule a follow up as instructed by the discharge instructions I was told by the rude office manager that Dr. Pragalos fudge think it was appropriate for her to do the follow up, even though that was the exact instruction from the hospital. When I questioned this, she refused to see me again. I'm disgusted.
Dr. Pragalos is always attentive to new concerns and willing to discuss new information on chronic issues. Test results called promptly. Front desk and prescription line messages are surprisingly prompt. Welcoming office. ( comfort of office- extremely warm 2/16/16 )
