Live Dr Pragalos. She never rushes me. Always kind and caring. Alleviates my fears and concerns every time.

She is very caring and never makes me feel rushed. I think she is well versed in medications. The couple of times she changed my medications solved my issues. If I am ill she always sees me that day.

I wish I had found Dr. Pragalos 20 years ago. She is a amazingly patient, a fantastic listener and willing to get in the trenches and figure out what is going on with you. I've had other doctors that I can't hardly say three sentences about what's going on with me before they diagnose and usher me out the door and I leave feeling unheard, frustrated and dissatisfied. If you want zero help, no one who follows up with even a phone call and just denies your medication for a week, that they put you on, here's your practice!! Rude staff (Denise is no longer there, so good luck with customer service and anyone following up or knowing what's going on) and if you want a doctor who does nothing when you tell them you are struggling bc your husband is dying of cancer at age 47, and he is also a patient there, and you tell her the Xanax she prescribed you years ago doesn't work and just puts you to... read more
I am very sorry to say that I will never see Dr. Pragalos again. She is a wonderful doctor and I've always felt that I was treated with respect. One person on her office staff has been repeatedly horrible and Dr. Pragalos basically fired me as a patient because I asked to speak with someone else about the issue I was having. Dr. Pragalos told me it was my decision; but I felt she was telling me it wasn't worth it to keep me as a patient. I'm very saddened and disappointed.
