Be more friendly, listen to what the customer asks of you. I will never return. There are too many salons out there to act like this-choices! You are expensive and have attitude. I do not mind paying if I look good when I walk out, but to look terrible and have to get my hair fixed after leaving your salon-DO NOT THINK SO!!!!!

Owner very unprofessional! – I was a walk-in at the salon looking to get a quick manicure. They gave me Celeste and I have to say it was a great manicure, I loved her attention to detail and we had great conversation! Unfortunately while getting my manicure, the owner, Antoine, started yelling at the top of his lungs at an employee! While I enjoyed my manicure, I will never go back to the salon as it was a very uncomfortable to be in that environment. We go to the salon to relax, not to witness that kind of bullying! Loved it! – I was very pleased with my experiance at pannos mannos salon....I was new to the area and took a chance, but i was so glad I did. Lauren was my stlylist and she was amazing she did a wonderful job on my highlites and haircut and she mad me fee extremly at ease the whole time!....The salon is beautiful and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. Overall it was a great experiance. I will definitly be a long time client!
