I am basing this on your location y'all had on Antoine and 290. Years ago they did a root canal and placed a crown on me. After that I was in pain and told them, they told me it would go away. A few days later the crown fell off and they replaced it again, but I still had the pain. Repeatedly I complained about the pain and they did nothing. It's been years and the pain has gotten worst.
