Very nice people,great customer service. Highly recommended. Violeta was great as well and she even gave me her suggestion on making a decision about my treatment today.
Excessive wait time. Usually 45mins to an hour, before getting called in, then more waiting once you’re in. Prepare to spend 3 hours in total. It’s the only place I ever have to wait for long periods. Clearly, the overbooking is excessive. Same prior to COVID. I’ve referred several friends/family members, and they all complain about the same. You get fast service on your first visit, not so on follow-ups.
