Staff is very nice but I had a baddddd experience when I went in for my braces months after they applied these plastic spacers after a while the plastic spacers come off and they put the whole silver tooth spacer well in my case they left the plastic one in and still put the silver one on as well. The plastic one was supposed to come out! I called and spoke to them telling them I felt like they forgot a plastic spacer inside my mouth! And they were like no your supposed to have it(looking through my file) what do you know ne... read more
