Don’t move here… even with HOA this place is nowhere near luxurious. Imagine when they hand it to the residents. It’s gonna be trash. 1. Loud music, every day! It’s Monday and I can hear someone’s music blocks away. This is a constant and these walls are thin! 2. Houses so close together you can hear your neighbors conversations. The warranty is a big scam. The house sunk a little after it was built and cracks appeared on the walls and the driveway. The engineer came and promised they will fix it and it didn’t happen. Then they told me the driveway is not in the warranty! If I had known I would not have bought the house.
