Where do I begin? Our apartment had MICE. Not just one or two, an infestation. Literally. First of all, they didn’t fill the hole they thought they might be coming from until the THIRD time they came to our apartment. So they left traps and filled a hole. Well, the trap caught one, I found one dead, but that was not the end. We continued to find mouse poop and it started to get worse. Soon, we were inquiring about breaking our lease. Recommendedit was love at first sight. I knew I was going to like living here but now I have moved in...it's my forever home.
my small family and I have lived here for only 6 months and so far it has been the best apartment I have ever lived in. The staff are very proactive in making sure problems are solved and are always wonderfully friendly when I walk my daughter up to the office for our daily walk. The swimming pool was a fantastic pleasure all summer and the sidewalks are well-maintained making cool winter walks a pleasant pastime for my family. Love living here! Very clean and quiet. The dog park is an added perk! Management team very approachable.
We lived here as just a short term resident (4 months) until our home was done being built. I have absolutely nothing but fantastic things to say. Their approach to management is outstanding. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue (our only issue was an overactive smoke alarm). The office staff knew us by name, which was awesome. The community is quiet. We stayed here with a short term lease and were sorry to move! Fantastic experience. Loved the size and finishes of our apartment, the people in the community are friendly and respectful. And the management staff are super easy to work with and responsive to resident needs. Definitely recommend!
We lived here while our house was being built. We had a great experience. Very nice place and great staff!
