Went there to get an appraisal on some of my jewelry. They didn't greet me when I entered, just looked at me like I grew a second head or something. They barely looked at everything I had then said; none of the jewelry wes real. I had done quite a bit of research before going to them so I know different. I was hoping to get an honest opinion but feel like they judged me as soon as I walked in the door. It was a very disappointing experience not to mention a waist of my time. I'll never go back there again.
Went to get a watch battery replaced. The ladies working that day were beyond pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely go back.
Have very friendly staff and do excellent work I had them fix 3 rings for me before and it was not a outrageous price that put another layer of gold on my husband's ring and mine also got diamond replacement for mine also sold them later to them and they gave me a good price for them.
Done an excellent job on fixing 3 of my rings, I thought they weren't fixable. I am very grateful for their success in fixing them and in a timing manor as well. Great prices, extra friendly staff and excellent service.
I had an eagle charm pendant that the bail just kept breaking cause the metal was too thin so I took it to this place & they fixed it for me, while we were there my fiance found a great deal on a sterling silver turquoise ring. I highly recommend this jewelry store, stop by there when U get a chance to.
